My outside unit went out over the July 4th weekend and the first few HVAC outfits I called either didn't respond immediately or couldn't do anything until after the holiday weekend but when I called Houston Air Design it was an instant response and Ronnie came out and took care of it asap and I didn't have to book a hotel for my wife! I had Houston Air Design install replace a very old AC system at my house and it was such a good experience. They had given me options of the different systems they had along with costs, pros and cons for each one that helped me make a better decision on which one to buy. On install day they were so efficient with disconnecting and removing the old system and replacing it with the new system they were able to do all of the work in one day.
