Condescending and Aggressive Conduct My mother was a patient under this doctor’s care, and when I tried to ask reasonable questions, his response was shockingly condescending. At one point, he asked if he should “just test her unnecessarily and give her antibiotics,” adding that it would cause C. diff — then asked if I even knew what that was. Blatant disregard for the patient and family. Rude bedside manner. Actually ripped off a bandage on the patient with a severe leg wound infection and inflicted horrible pain in the process. No empathy for the patient under excruciating pain. Would not answer questions and boldly proclaimed “I am the ID doctor - not a wound specialist.” Then abruptly left with no interest to offer guidance on the next steps for care.
