I was very pleased with the quality of care at Housing Works. They got me in on time and everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Dr. Aguirre took time to hear my medical questions/concerns, to discuss various possibilities and tests, and to set up next steps that met my needs without racking up a large bill. I’m grateful to have access to thoughtful care in my community and recommend others to work with Housing Works if their situation permits!

Lots of miscommunication, not available for any mental health crises on an "immediate" basis. Reception sometimes argumentative, unprofessional, and unhelpful

Had Missed my Scheduled Psych Appointment, Due to HRA pulling "A Dirty Irish Trick" on me: On my Initial Recert. Notification Notice, they listed my deadline - in Multiple Places, all throughout my Recert. Notification! — that my Deadlinle to Finish my Recert. Forms, & have Completed my "Phone Interview,” by 3/31; they then, as I Later found out, that for some unknown Reason, they Changed my Deadline to March⁴
