Had Missed my Scheduled Psych Appointment, Due to HRA pulling "A Dirty Irish Trick" on me: On my Initial Recert. Notification Notice, they listed my deadline - in Multiple Places, all throughout my Recert. Notification! — that my Deadlinle to Finish my Recert. Forms, & have Completed my "Phone Interview,” by 3/31; they then, as I Later found out, that for some unknown Reason, they Changed my Deadline to March⁴

DO NOT GO- Disappointing experience — complete lack of cost transparency My wife and I visited this practice after developing flu-like symptoms. We are both healthy, active young professionals with no underlying conditions and no elevated risk factors, which is relevant context given the treatment decisions that followed. The doctor examined us both and suggested our symptoms were likely consistent with COVID-19. This place is absolute GARBAGE! Armel D and Franckel Taylor do not care about their patients. Also if you need to get a shot do not let Carol do it you’ll be sore for weeks. There are some staff members that are wonderful. The concierges and front desk reception really good. However if you can find somewhere else to go. Please do. One more if you need any referrals or transfer documents to another doctor it also NEVER GETS DONE!! For your own safety and well being find another place to go.
