Hello, I arrived for my appointment on July 14th (this morning between 8:30 and 9:00 AM). I asked the staff member at the reception desk to verify my appointment details. Instead of answering me, she started attending to people who arrived after me—answering their questions—leaving my question hanging in the air. Well, I was a homeless man in the middle of winter, and I walked in and they had a full store, you know, all donated clothing and such, I'm a gay man gay homeless, and that's exactly who they claim to help my ex-partner used to give them money all the time, you know, and whatever. Not for the faint of heart this place is not built for people who have lives and jobs this is a doctors office meant for people who are down and out. Very limited appointment times, weeks to see doctor, I made the mistake of getting my prep shot done here and I just regret it delays delays delays or the staff at the front desk doesn't communicate with the nurses to let them know someone is there!!! It's ridiculous. I've never seen a doctors office so hard to deal with!
