Housing Works service sucks…. They stop accommodating patients even when they’re at fault all because they can’t manage that facility…. The facility wasn’t the problem is the incompetence that they hired to work, they change schedule and policy according to how they feel.

Hello, I arrived for my appointment on July 14th (this morning between 8:30 and 9:00 AM). I asked the staff member at the reception desk to verify my appointment details. Instead of answering me, she started attending to people who arrived after me—answering their questions—leaving my question hanging in the air. She completely ignored me; she acted as if she hadn't heard or understood me. She paid me no heed whatsoever. She did this repeatedly. I felt discriminated against because of my English accent. I never had a problem with my clinic when it comes to reschedule I never complain about my clinic I will always refer my claims to anyone the housing work in downtown Brooklyn

Well, I was a homeless man in the middle of winter, and I walked in and they had a full store, you know, all donated clothing and such, I'm a gay man gay homeless, and that's exactly who they claim to help my ex-partner used to give them money all the time, you know, and whatever. Anyways, the store was full.
