The staff comes off as very unprofessional and I had to wait 20+ minutes to see the therapist I booked an appointment with. If you are a young woman with complex/sexual trauma, I do not recommend anna mavrakakis. Her vibe was nice on the surface but very rushy and unwelcoming.
