The staff comes off as very unprofessional and I had to wait 20+ minutes to see the therapist I booked an appointment with. If you are a young woman with complex/sexual trauma, I do not recommend anna mavrakakis. Her vibe was nice on the surface but very rushy and unwelcoming. She asked what brought me in and her body language IMMEDIATELY closed up after I described events that I had experienced. Also she seemed uncomfortable when I brought up that I was a sex worker? Would have been nice to know before my appointment that new patients must be seen in person before being seen online. Complete waste of time.
