I attended the office on the 2nd of June 2025 and was rudely spoken to by a female manager. Who told me not to expect any Housing Trust houses to go to males in the next 12 months as the government has allocated all Housing Trust houses to domestic violence females only? These are human rights violations. I am a disabled pensioner who is unable to work. 1 years 7 month and still unable to fix the problem. Gotta live with mould constantly dripping in my kitchen and laundry any time I would use the upstairs shower. I had at least 7 successful visits by qualified tradies that could not figure out the issue. Plumber would say it’s a tiling job. Tilers would say it plumbing issue. One cannot blame ignorant tradies for not having enough experience to figure out the problem. November 2024 comes along another plumber comes to figure out the water leak issue.
