1 years 7 month and still unable to fix the problem. Gotta live with mould constantly dripping in my kitchen and laundry any time I would use the upstairs shower. I had at least 7 successful visits by qualified tradies that could not figure out the issue. Plumber would say it’s a tiling job. Tilers would say it plumbing issue. The 19 Harrison Rd units in Renown Park has a drug den that is 24/7 frequented by junkies at all hours,the unit in question has a yard full of clutter and the place is literally barricaded so no one can get in,and has cameras every where. Police attend frequently and Housing know ALL about the unit(5) and not a thing is being done. The elderly live in fear here... but Housing Do not care....AT ALL. As soon as we can we are outta here. Totally disgruntled tenant here. Housing SA are spineless and the guy in unit 5 knows it.
