This company is absolutely terrible. The way they treat both their staff and their tenants is unacceptable. Their management style is disorganized, unprofessional, and easily the worst I’ve ever experienced. I would strongly advise anyone considering renting with this company to think twice. Do NOT rent with them.
Indya Brown was very unpleasant, rude as far as an attitude with our dealing, speaking and encounters. She did not make me feel comfortable at all. Unprofessional to say the least. Everyone else in the office was kind and professional. How ever, with the lack of steady staffing you can never speak to the same person, it’s a run around game. Anytime I call I can’t ever get anyone on the phone during business hours. When you go to the office in person the door is locked, leaving you with a sign to call for assistance.
