Charles Poulson hasnt answered a single email in a month and a half. Good luck getting housing when they never actually answer you once you've been approved.
I have been trying to reach my point of contact, Mr. Poulson, for a month to get my housing set up since its been approved. He has not responded to a single email or phone call. Good luck getting your housing when the employees wont even talk to you once youve been approved. I can't get my housing set up until he responds and so far nothing.

I had such a terrible experience with Rashida Thompson. I was on the phone with her she sent me an email to call her . I called her she was telling me about the papers I didn’t submit. She proceeded to tell me others are waiting for this opportunity, this is a first come first serve service . I kept quiet because I know I needed the place . She proceeded to keep belittling me and screaming at me .
