I had such a terrible experience with Rashida Thompson. I was on the phone with her she sent me an email to call her . I called her she was telling me about the papers I didn’t submit. She proceeded to tell me others are waiting for this opportunity, this is a first come first serve service . I kept quiet because I know I needed the place . My mother has been assigned to Ms.Yates and she has not followed through with anything that she says. My mother has been waiting to move for more than a mother to a senior living place but she can't be no one will help her. Very unprofessional
