Horrible customer service ! They are not doing there job!someone has to supervise them. Everything is disorganized!
Hopefully this will get the attention of whomever is working in the office who can’t understand emails, or calls stating that I moved out of my unit in March of 2024 so they can stop sending me an updated monthly bill.Currently they have me owing them over $17,000. Or maybe a good snow fall and burst pipes will send off a lightbulb in your heads that the unit has been empty for almost a year. Next time I come down I get a picture of the nice DC HOC BUILDING NICE NICE PEOPLE NICE STORES ALDI LOVE IT AND THEN A HR block down the street depending how you drove in their seems to be a 59 or err 55 bus to Rockville MD
