If you are not on the wait-list for a voucher or Public Housing then consider applying for the scattered site program. You need do need income and undergo a credit/ background screening. It's always a good idea to do research online and call the customer service center to verify what you need. Then come in and the wait will not be as long. Remember, that you are your best advocate.
My experiences here have mostly been good and served their purposes. However, during my past two visits, I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Tina Bennett as the Receptionist and her CSR skills are absolutely stellar! I thoroughly enjoyed my experiences with her and recommend she remains there more frequently.
