Ok look, this is about the service received, it’s been 6 months since I got a voucher and the only reason for even that time is from contacting some higher authority. Just then shockingly my case gets addressed. STILL it’s been 6 months…asking legitimate questions is just addressed with “ policy says this…” one of those. Am I speaking with a human being or the robot that will eventually replace you and will be incredibly more efficient so good luck. When people just state policy you can tell it’s non sense. Please be better…
I DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE ANY STARS!!! (But Google made me leave a star in order to comment.) This housing organization is by far the WORST!!!! I've been selected to become a voucher holder. I had to send in a completed housing packet, in which I did. I receieved an email from Cyril Fox stating my assigned case worker Tamaisa Israel. He also included in the email to allow 4 weeks for processing. It's been well over 4 weeks. It's been 5 months total!! I haven't been successful in speaking with her since her assignment!!
