DO NOT BUY A HOME FROM THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I purchased a home from The Housing Mart and they never came back after installation to correct any of the problems with the new home. They are unreliable, do not keep their promises and will not do anything after they sell you the home. Also the manufacturer, Kit Homes, is no better, they provide lip service without anything to back it up.
