My experience at HousingKitsap is they can never make a decision, they never get done with your application, keep asking for more papers, you bring them in immediately and they never call you back when they say they will, never decide. I have been processed there for almost 2 years now when apartments were available, they weren't available, then my application expired because it was 6 months old, then I had to resign and update all the paperwork, while the apartment was ready, no decision again still processing after the sec... read more
