I filled out everything that was needed and gave them copies, but they kept requesting the same copies that I gave them, so I showed it to them time & time again. I finally gave up.

They desperately need better caring, kind, and informed staff. These people can be really rude! Like I can't believe they have jobs here! It makes you lose all hope when people who are supposed to help the community talk to you like your dumb and treat you like you are bothering them. I have worked in social work before and it is just really really sad to see and experience such bad attitudes.

Horribly under staffed!!! As a landlord, I can't get any answers from them except that they are under staffed and I will be notified by mail when I can expect rent.

I have the hardest time trying to get ahold of anyone. I have never even talked to my worker. No one returns my calls or my emails. So very frustrating. I have to go to the office and talk to the front desk lady and all I am told over and over is "I don't know, you'd have to talk to your worker about that." The best is when I ask for help with my landlord who will not fix anything, not even major repairs, and all office does is tell me to go to the Oregon Law Center. No help.
