I got kicked off over 8 years ago because I pissed off the Manager, not from breaking any rules at all, but just because the manager thought she would catch me in a lie and I wasn't lying, now for 8 over years now they keep saying I "owe" them over 8k, for just pissing the manager off. I just lost an amazing opportunity for better housing (nicer part of town) for my family, because I pissed off a manager over 8 years ago.....
I filled out everything that was needed and gave them copies, but they kept requesting the same copies that I gave them, so I showed it to them time & time again. I finally gave up.
They desperately need better caring, kind, and informed staff. These people can be really rude! Like I can't believe they have jobs here! It makes you lose all hope when people who are supposed to help the community talk to you like your dumb and treat you like you are bothering them. I have worked in social work before and it is just really really sad to see and experience such bad attitudes.
Horribly under staffed!!! As a landlord, I can't get any answers from them except that they are under staffed and I will be notified by mail when I can expect rent.
