Housing Initiatives has gone down hill since the new management has taken over. Things got done so much faster with Dean, Tony and Chris running the show. I genuinely feel that the new management team does not care a single bit about the well being of their tenants or the state of the properties they manage.

worst place ive EVER stayed. not only is the building falling apart around us yet if we speak out we get blamed, but drugs addicts ring my bell all hours of the night and have for over FOUR MONTHS!! This place is a fuckin joke, fly by night if ive EVER seen one!! What a crock of shit when youre expected to pay rent and cant even sleep to recover from surgery or anniversaries of dead loved ones because management refuses to do ANYTHING except tell you to call the cops because EVERYTHING in life is always somehow someone elses... read more

It's so inspiring to see a small organization do big things in our community. The Housing Initiative team's support of homeless veterans is more than a job, it's a journey. So thank you for helping Madison be a place where everyone who lives here can thrive.
