Called them many times receptionist lady(shannon) was amazing with the way she answered my queries and guide me to the right team
Worst training out there they have cost me thousands because they divert calls and say stuff has been done and its not.
As builders we want to do the right thing by our clients and the building commission. How are we supposed to when the people responsible for home warranty insurance don’t ever answer their phones?????
Terrible service. They don't care about their customers. Had the displeasure of dealing with them for my Home Warranty. Spoke to Judy and she does not care.
