I applied for an apprenticeship through HIA a couple of years ago and, like many others, completed an aptitude test (which was a huge waste of time after driving hours to do it), never received a follow up, update or even a basic acknowledgment. Being completely left in the dark for that long is absolutely ridiculous. Love the support offered by HIA. They are genuinely working to support and improve the industry, boost apprentices going into the trades and advocate on behalf of both trades and customers. Can't recommend enough.
