I tried to get some info on my housing situation, which I did, but the way I was spoken to wasn’t kind and quite unprofessional. If this is an organization that is intended to help the public, the staff needs serious training on how to speak to people when they have questions. The citizens of Jackson don’t need that extra stress or hesitancy when trying to ask questions or get guidance, even if it is free. Please do better.
