The past two+ years, I had an ongoing issue with the PMA (for a home I've rented for over two decades) creating a scam 'add-on' monthly charge to my rent. Beware of Craig Fagan. A simple consult turned into him berating me, assuming my position on my case, attempting to convince me he can predict what a judge will say/do (lots of lawyers state this, it's a red flag because it's not true,) and active psychological harm. I don't think he realizes how abusive lawyers can be and that they're dealing with vulnerable people, or there's just a total lack of care happening.
