Do not do business with this company. We have 7 open orders, they had fulfilled previous orders, but we have an additional 7 which were placed between 2022 - 2023, no product has been received, numerous emails sent with minimal reply and they don't answer phone calls. We have had to use an alternate product to complete our projects. We have asked numerous times for refund and Thomas Richardson says he is working on it. We are out $29K!! If I could give a 0 star, I would.

February 2023 we sent a PO for $9000 worth of product. We called and asked them to release the back boxes while they built our system. They charged us for the whole project! We got the back boxes but not the product. They researched and said yes the weight would have only been the back boxes. After over a year and 4 calls and multiple emails we still do not have our system and the Hotel we have must open. We will need to order another system, rip out back boxes, repair walls and maybe change cabling.
