My experience at HCD this last visit was outstanding. As a mobile home sales broker I average about 3-4 transactions a year at this office during the last 14 years. The support staff at the desk has been outstanding the last year...I would say my average visit is 20 minutes compared to about 1 hour 14 years ago. The knowledge level of the staff is very good ... again much better than in the past. I appreciate all their help and knowledge.

Why they always in bad moods and inpatient when I called?
I came to get permits and there was somewhat of a wait time because they’re short staffed. Alberto was very professional, courteous, and helped me get through the process. I’d suggest going on their website and having your forms filled out before you come here to avoid waiting long and they only accepts checks
