Housing choice will make you sick to your stomach do not rent with them ! Everytime you need there help they go on a power trip and go against you they lazy the don't look after there tenants! Issues with my neighbour for over 4 years with continuous anti social behaviour and housing choices decides not to investigate or evict each time . They are rude and unprofessional

Been helpful and understanding, my mum had to move due to residents in her complex abusing her sexually,physically and mentally, she is not sound of mind herself. We have waited over 7 months now for her bond back and they owe 2 weeks rent to her.. I have signed bond papers twice and on there end still havnt signed it properly and there finance team need to get it together with proof they owe mum money.
