Been helpful and understanding,
Been a tenant for nearly15 years and from the beginning the staff have had a negative, aggressive attitude towards me, always saying I owe, on inspection days, they come in and state my floors aren't clea, doesn't matter if the floor is wet or I am still mopping, it's not clean. Only 2 staff members who are decent are Nicola and Ambish, and don't get me start on maintenance people. Currently a tenant of 6 years. Happy to have a roof over my head. Established a lovely front garden. Just a pity HCWA doesnt take into account other tenants behaviour towards each other seriously.
Going through a rent review and they expect six consecutive pay slips
Issues with my neighbour for over 4years that's with housing choices and still issues continuing Hard to talk to on the phone when a complaint is reported to them as nothing gets done
