I am a resident and sincerely this company does not provide what they promise on their website. They claim to offer a safe and quiet living environment, but the reality is the opposite. I reported a dog that barks day and night and regularly jumps on my fence. The company responded by saying the neighbors have the right to keep the dog outside. As a result, I have had almost two months of poor sleep. I have been formally complaining for over 10 days, and nothing has changed. Very disappointing management and lack of action.
