I can’t fault them,I’m so grateful for my apartment , so beautiful and modern, It’s warm, I could never get warm in my old not so nice rental, it’s so lovley. I feel safe finally. After 14 years of pain and suffering with this organisation, it is clear that incompetence alone does not explain the systemic, persistent, egregious disfunction. They claim to be not for profit but have grown more than 10x in market cap over the course of my tenancy. They claim to charge no more than 25% of your pension income but i have been charged over 58% of my income for over a decade without any relief.
