After 14 years of pain and suffering with this organisation, it is clear that incompetence alone does not explain the systemic, persistent, egregious disfunction. They claim to be not for profit but have grown more than 10x in market cap over the course of my tenancy. They claim to charge no more than 25% of your pension income but i have been charged over 58% of my income for over a decade without any relief. On the 28 January, 2026. I overpaid my rent by $601.74 It is now 23 February and I'm still waiting for my payment to be returned. I have phoned, numerous times. I have sent my housing officer Mathew emails giving my Bank A/c. details. I have been to their office in Queen St. I have asked for a person in the finance section. they are not available, only through your Housing manager. What have you got to do to get your money returned. I have never, not paid my rent for the last 6 years.Please can someone Help. Ray
