They dont help with anything,and if you ask any other questions,they get offended. They are very rude as if they are the ones giving you a place.
I worked for them as for a month I do all the work and never once they didn’t let me sign for any work orders or believe I did anything case the don’t want to check the cameras the hire people just to throw them out there messed up people I would not recommend them to anybody for employment or housing 1329 E. 19th st. is the cherry point location
In all the years of communicating with Lubbock Housing Authority I've not had the good experience or help these people are suppose to provide. They seem to go out of their way to let you know you are bothering them and they would rather not deal with assisting you in any way whatsoever. Never a friendly greeting when the phone is answered or a "how may I help you." They seem to lack any tact or compassion. One literally has to pry any information needed with no offer of help. They are quick to end all conversations.
