I have a court situation going on and when I try to call back last month and explain everything that was going on with the court, nobody ever answered the phone now. Basically me and my three children are put out on the streets. They don’t care about anybody they never answer the phone they don’t return calls and they act like everybody else is the problem when it’s really these people here just doesn’t. Help at all
I rate it 0/5. They are no help at all. They know apartments have increased in rent and the voucher is still at a minimum and they don’t even help their clients to make sure they are finding a place to stay. Pretty much the vibe of here’s your voucher and you are on your own. Most complexs are full and aren’t moving out anytime soon.
