Employees are not treated fairly. The pay is extremely low. Management did not consider my management, housing, clerical, administrative, or case management experience during the hiring process for the Housing Generalist position. Management piles on responsibilities and refuses to fairly compensate their employees. Management plays favorites when selecting employees to obtain certifcations that include promotions and raises. After my experience with the Snohomish County Authority. Skagit Housing Authority has been a breath of fresh air to be able to pick up the phone and talk to someone and express my situation has been so relieving. I am so thankful for how quickly everyone has worked to help me out and my, moving process , and the great communication has really been helpful with me and my anxiety and feeling anxious about my living situation.
