Please tell me why you can never get anyone to pick up the call when you call. I have been trying to call the Riverside Housing Authority office for weeks and no one will answer the phone ever. One blue moon someone answered and it was a young guy who said he would email me the HUD rent restricted apartments and he just lied and sent nothing.
