I called and called and noone answers. Very hard to get any help. Just hire machines.
Would not recommend, it is very difficult to get your rent paid on time, and have the check sent to the correct place. I decided to rent my property out to section 8 because I thought it was something positive for the community but now I’m on month 4, I’m missing 3 months of rent that might take an extra 90 days to receive, and I don’t even know what’s going on with the 4th month of rent.
