Very rude . The property manager jennifer is cold and heartless. My mom and I were in an accidental grease fire in our home and she never checked on us or asked us if we were ok but served us a letter to terminate our least and told my mom I don’t know what to tell you hunny! After losing almost everything including our live cha gave us two weeks to vacate premises with no investigation or questions asked or the opportunity to pay for damages. I am now 15 and homeless from a mistake

I felt very uneasy with the assistance that was supposed to be provided to me. They are Very unprofessional and made me feel belittled by even needing their assistance. I was sent in circles to get items that they were never even considering me as a candidate for.
