Absolutely the worst housing Authority to deal with as a landlord. This agency is awful. Paperwork is always delayed, Email responses are delayed. If you come across a tenant with a section 8 voucher from this agency RUN!
THE ABSOLUTE WORST HOUSING TO DEAL WITH. THEY CHEAT YOU AND LIE TO YOU AS A LANDLORD OF A PROPERTY YOU ARE TRYING TO WORK WITH PEOPLE ON ASSISTED LIVING AND THIS PLACE MAKES IT HORRIBLE- I SUGGEST NOT TO WORK WITH THIS HOUSING AUTHORITY!! YOU WON'T GET PAID!!
1.5 years later STILL FILLED WITH TRASH! CYPRESS PARK CONDOS! YOU CAN'T CLEAN THIS UP BUT YOU CAN DISRUPT US BY DIGGING EVERYTHING UP TO MOVE THE FENCE 2 FEET BACK? WHO IS IN CHARGE, A MORON?
