Have lives here a year in April. These gross people that run the place, let a water leak go for over a month spilling out over 1000 gallons a day! My water bill is almost 700! They said they would pay it due to them being responsible for it but they haven't and now my disabled 9 year old son and I will have our water shut off this coming Tuesday. They are getting 1 star till they change my mind my paperwork was turned in on the 20th of December and my kiddos and I are in need of a place to call home or a place they have by their office building and they have only said you have to give them 30 days fr.
Workers only care when it benefits them & they don't make the property owners/landlords do any repairs on property. Hense I have an exterior wall in my bathroom that's completely rotted & ceiling tiles with cold air rushing through it & they just don't care !! Case worker doesn't return calls or answer phones. How this place EVER passed inspection, idk 🤷♀️
