You know, it's been a blessing.... Yes, but if I'm being very honest... No one ever gets back to you over the phone.... They don't answer period and everytime I visit, THERE IS DEFINITELY SOMEONE AT THE FRONT DESK. they do not even answer emails at this point.... And they used to. If I could give them 0 stairs I would! Let me start off by saying I was on the program for four years and don't get wrong it helped me when I needed it but I've always worked for the most part. They are extremely rude and they get mad at YOU for not doing THEIR job! And then when you correct their behavior, they try and make your life a living hell by nit picking with you and everything and sending inspectors to your house.
