This is by far so sad that as people we treat others so low and disrespectful, I almost wonder what god you serve acting like this. My tenant has been in my property for 3 months and I still haven’t received a single rent payment from Will County Housing Authority. Every visit to the office is met with excuses, long lunches, and conflicting information. I’ve had to resubmit paperwork multiple times, and I’m now late on my mortgage twice because of their delays. Extremely unprofessional and unorganized—landlords, be warned. TRY TO AVOID MISS DUGGER !!!
