I would give Glasgow HUD 5 stars, except they allow devious morale in the maintenance staff to sabotage, annoy, and exasperate the elderly by removing door padding/weather stripping on door frames, causing staircase doors to slam so hard it could wake the devil up. Poor Mr. Burns, Mr. Nelson and Jonathan on the 4th floor at Nemont Manor!

These people are money hungry, they charge you double your rent every month for their mess ups. I even added up everything after they did, and they were charging us over $50 more than we “owed” them. Something breaks in the house and they claim they’re on top of fixing it but it takes months for them to come over and fix it, and that’s after calling and texting them multiple times. They’re rude about everything. once I am out of here, my family and I will never be back.
