My brother passed away last few days ago. Friday, August 15, 2035. My therapist tried to call the housing authority to ask to transfer my brother section 8 to me as a family member to continued to pay rent where I'm living with my brother. They don’t accept walk ins and the waiting list is NEVER open i applied 6 years ago. Now im homeless with a six year old and i got turned away because they don’t accept walk ins and the list is never open.
