I usually don’t write reviews, but today I went in the office highly upset and a woman by the name of Alba S. helped me tremendously. By far the best housing worker I’ve ever had! She deserves a RAISE!
We have been trying to work with a program participant whose voucher is about to expire. It is extremely disappointing that an agency with expertise and extensive knowledge of its own program has failed, or even refused, to provide assistance.
