They think they're above the law and it's okay to falsify and Destroy records I guess because they know Lonoke District County judge is as corrupt as they are I will be posting videos
They never return phone calls for approval of housing as they require you to do. They also don't seem to have the time to do inspections. I waited 3 weeks and am going to lose an apartment along with fees I paid because they just can't seem to find the time. My only choice is to pay full rent which I cannot afford.
My mom has lived there for over 20 years, made rent on time every month, never, ever caused an issue, she delevopled lung cancer over 10 years ago, never missed a payment, now she is in hospice care and I have to decide whether to pay her rent, or nursing home while we are waiting on her to be approved for medicaid, Im doing all I can to keep it together, MANDY told me if the apartment was occupied on the 3rd then I have to pay, I told her my mom was on a ventilator, she said, you dont have to be so rude....really, she has n... read more
