I've read the reviews prior and got to say everything forementioned is on par! trying to get a hold of someone at HAKC is worse than trying to get a hold of the President of the US! Customer Support needs to be reviewed and revamped. The customer support queue will literally end the call once you waited to make it to first in queue. Mayor Lucas needs to review this and either hire more staff or find another way. I'm sorry to leave the negative review but this is absolutely wild. Emailing also usually leads to no response.
I have called so many times about the place I'm living in because when I moved in there was supposed to be no smoking in the building or in the front of the building and I have called too complain about it and I have not received any response whatsoever and the reason I am complaining about it is because I have breathing issues and I have asked so many times the manager to do something about it and I'm so done with the whole thing I'm just going to move out and hopefully I can find a better place to live without all of these... read more
I had Ms Felicia as my specialist and I nearly got kicked off the program because of lack of willingness to help the person you are supposed to be helping. Hire people that actually want to help and actually do the job. If a business struggles then everything needs reevaluated. I am absolutely disgusted in the last inspector I had at Waldo, he kept trying to pass everything that wasn't fixed and then tried to pass the mold, and he was asking me to agree to have him pass it if maintenance immediately came to cover up the prob... read more
