They won't help no one. Arbors of Evansville won't fix nothing. There's no outside lights,nothing ever get fixed. Been here for 7 years still no change. We've CV been bitten by other people animals. Our car has got damaged cause of other tenants. There's several apartments there's three or more family's living together. It says in the lease no basketball goal,swing sets, kids playing on other tenants cars and front doors. Trash get thrown by tenants. So it's always on the ground.Getting cussed out by the office.
