The management doesn't make tenants follow the 'no smoking in your apartment' rule. And allow some tenants to live filthy. I've saw urine in the elevator. You could see where the POS peed on the wall right under all of the buttons. I've heard many stories about the building manager but me personally, I've never had any negative interactions with any of the staff.
