This is my fifth tunnel. Lee and his team are so proficient. I can't recommend them enough. The sun tunnels changed my home so dramatically and reduced my electric bill.
We had a dark hallway and had a Velux light tunnel installed. Lee arrived at the appointed time, did a very professional installation and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. The hallway is now so much brighter it is hard to describe. I originally wondered how much light the unit would produce on overcast days but I have been amazed how well it functions. Very happy with Lee from Houseworks as well as Lazaro the installer. The whole process from requesting to be contacted to installed was less than 5 weeks. Everyone was very personable and professional. They may not be the least expensive but if you want a great experience, timely communication, with low customer effort, I recommend Velux, Lee with Houseworks.
We had a very dark bathroom, Houseworks Daylighting Solutions came and showed me all the options including the tax credits available to me. They were very professional, answering my questions. We are very pleased with the Sun Tunnel it changed the room dramatically!
I requested a quote to change the tunnels from flexible tubing to rigid. The quote came later than I was told it would arrive, and I was quoted a number larger than just installing new lights.
