This guy is unreal. My partner asked the owner to guarantee the $50,000 advance he requested to order the kit. Originally said yes, and then refused when it came to adding it to the contract. I think this is a fair ask when the owner of the company is on a Visitors Visa, and not work permit or PR. Felt to good to be true based on the price they advertise.
Think twice. Absolute horrible experience. Was about to sign the paper for a new build after spending months of getting permits in play for their design . At the time of signing, I noticed his quotes stated Tax included. I asked him to back out the HST and he refused. Then I asked for a bit of info on his company as he asked for $50,000 up front. Found out the owner only has a visitors visa, good luck getting your money back if he's a no show *** update to owners response *** he cancelled the contract because I backed out HS... read more
