Greg, Is great that the walked us through the process. His worker was very careful in everything that they did. I checked other companies in Lincolnton the customer care was not there. From start to finish he kept me informed. He even showed me the cabinets as they were being built! I wouldn't go with anyone else. Wonderful experience!
Be prepared to wait. Came out to measure in July for a simple cabinet no longer than 6 foot. No doors. Just shelving a sink And 1 drawer. It's a few days away from September. I was gonna do install and paint it myself Everytime I call It's a few more days. Or call me in a week. When I went up to check on it. He wasn't in his shop. And all of his workers where sitting in their car or just plain screwing around. No one could answer any questions or even show me if the cabinet has been started. Greg does awesome work!!
He came measured for our kitchen cabinets.. weeks and weeks went by. Said he was working on them and date he would install. Emptied EVERYTHING OUT of my cabinets to get ready for my new ones. Called and ask if I could drop by and see them. When I got there he had left. His worker was there told him I wanted to see my cabinets. All he would say was they were being built. Greg Houser was very nice at first. He promised me he would come and touch up the cabinets and spray the molding that goes under the cabinets, because the molding does not match the cabinets. I did send him pictures and he agreed. I am very disappointed that he would not come and touch them up as he promised.
