I brought my car in because of an oil pressure warning light. They tested the oil pump and told me it needed to be replaced. When I spoke directly to the tech, he said the oil pump was within operational specs, just slightly below optimal. Despite that, Scott at the front desk strongly recommended replacing it to avoid engine damage and quoted me $1,200 and 4 hours of labor. I have been going to this place for 4 years, since I moved to Florence. I feel they are fair and always have my cars done in a timely manner! I never worry about upsales or unnecessary work. Anytime anyone asks for a recommendation I always mention Houseright!
They were very professional in their informing me if the problem. They told me what they would do to fix the problem and did it. The cost was what they said it would be, no surprises. I recommend Houseright Auto very highly..
