Very disappointed in the services, unreliability of showing up on time or correct day, and lack of communication from Mr. Houser personally after the system was installed and he had received payment from me. Ended up costing me more than the original price quoted and agreed upon. I am sorry to say that I cannot recommend his company. Note- His workers did do a nice neat job in their workmanship however.
Worker arrived when scheduled however price charged was $150 more than quoted on the phone. Also the worker charged a separate labor fee of $50 and I had to write a separate check to him directly. I would not recommend this company for Radon mitigation systems due to the deceptive pricing and multiple charges.
