Very difficult to work with. Poor communication and got bounced around between a lot of people when getting an estimate. Owner is a very sour individual - they were late in sending me the invoice, then when I tried to pay within a week of getting it, he accused me of being a deadbeat and that I was lucky he didn't start charging me 18% interest!
