Always thorough and professional. Very good cleaners. I've used Houseproud Cleaning for many years for both general cleaning and moving related cleaning and I couldn't be more happy with their attention to detail, friendliness and care.
Accidentally transferred funds to Matt at Houseproud cleaning, got in contact and asked for him to please refund the money as there was clearly an error. Was repeatedly ignored.
I wanted a deep clean,however it took a week to organise and then contrary to their terms and conditions couldn't offer credit card payments.I cancelled and called to complain as this was a $700 job, and company didn't seem overly concerned.
Pros: They were available last minute. They showed up on time. Cons: Simultaneously the most expensive and worst cleaning job I’ve ever had done. I paid for a one off spring/deep clean and what I received was less than the most basic household clean. There was still dust and/or dirt on top of most flat surfaces, there was a small patch of blood left on the kitchen floor, there was dust left on all my dining chairs which I specifically pointed out at the start of the clean, the toilet was still so dirty I actually had to make... read more
