I cannot thank HousePaws enough for the phenomenal quick and efficient service they gave to my pet bunny Yuki! He is 5yrs old and out of nowhere retained and abcess that grew quite large in the matter of a week on hos cheek! I understand that a vet can’t solve 100% of problems but yesterday when I called scared because my dog had licked clean a Vaseline jar while I was at the doctors, I was thinking I’d get help. They tell me I have to call animal poison control, so I do. Poison control refuses to help unless I pay $110 where they will then ask me questions to judge how my dog is feeling and stat a case file that if I took him to the vet or emergency vet they could see what protocols needed to be filed. Used Housepaws to say goodbye to my beloved baby. They were kind, respectful, and priced welled compared to other companies . Saying goodbye was the hardest thing , but they made it the “best” possible situation.
I can not recommend House Paws enough! I wish I had know about them years ago. DR. Mike and his tech were beyond wonderful. I will never go back to our regular vet again. Caring, knowledgeable and myself and my dog could not be happier!
We had to put our dog down, 17 years old and a true beloved companion. Dr Lisa and staff were just amazing and so compassionate. As difficult as it was, she made it bearable.
