I rate Jack as a "Tier One" level contractor. Excellent communication, follow up and follow thru. Totally competent and great attention to the fine craftsmanship details of the job. The quoted estimate equaled the final bill because Jack missed nothing in his first inspection. We hired Jack for our kitchen renovation/improvement. It was a unique project because entailed modifications to parts of our kitchen, but not others, new panels in certain areas, etc. it was not a huge project, but it was unique.
