Very responsive, knowledgeable and reasonable pricing. I had them out to look at my AC unit. An actual person answered the phone and they were able to send a technician the same afternoon, on one of the hottest days of the year. He diagnosed and fixed the issue without trying to sell me anything unnecessary.
1994 I built my house and Houseman supply, installed the Lennox HVAC system that I requested. Most units are good for 15 years, I have received more than my 15 years of service. 34 years! Rather than push my luck further, I ordered a new HVAC system. Reliable service! DUCANE made by LENNOX was installed at a very reasonable price $3,800.00 whole house. 90 min. He was done.

0 STARS IF I COULD!!!! Sent a “plumber” out to fix a problem with my neighbors apartment. Apparently it was my toilet, I let him in and he essentially breaks my toilet and runs back out to me and ask “how does a brand new toilet sound? Only catch is yours won’t work until I bring it tomorrow.” He becomes rude and arrogant when I’m hesitant to something I never really had a choice in.
