Very unreliable, came without notice, let my cat and dog in together resulting in me coming home to a cat that needed to go to the vet and is lucky to be alive. Didn’t even clean all 3 rooms, only done one and didn’t vacuum carpet. Left dog beds on my bed as well as my dirty washing on my bed. Do not trust this company if you have animals. They managed to book me in the next day, which was such a relief. The quality of the clean was outstanding— every corner of my home was spotless. Housekept took over the cleaning of my airbnb a few months ago and could not be happier! They charged a bit more than my previous cleaners but the reliability and quality of work far outweighs that. I’m very happy with them
