Housekeeping WA provided a high standard and reliable service for our weekly cleaning. They were easy to deal with and flexible when we needed to make changes. Would highly recommend.
We had Housekeeping WA come to our home after a storm to get the damp out of the walls. The prompt service was amazing, from booking the service with Cathy to Charles coming to our home to monitor the damp in the wall and then placing the fan and humidifier in the room. Charles was very polite and informative. We were sent messages when he was coming, and also reminders of when he was returning. Would highly recommend Housekeeping WA.
I have a clean every fortnight and it’s always been a brilliant clean and a pleasure to deal with Cath - highly recommended
I would not recommend this service. Getting a reliable clean has been very difficult. Times are changed on the day with 20 minutes notice via email. Not even the courtesy of a phone call or sms. Days are changed less than 24 hours before booking is due and all without any more than an email. Phone staff are rude and very unhelpful. They have a 1 hour buffer either side of the booking and tried to enact it when staff turned up 1.5 hours before booking.
