I really do not like working at a hotel; however, this company compare to other employment agencies in Charlotte have the highest pay rate. Other companies offers you a $9 or $10 pay rate and with them I started at $12.00 as a houseman. I heard that not even the employees that work directly for the hotel make that much. Right now due to the pandemic I feel that this is an OK pay rate. Charlotte is getting expensive to live. Nasha is very nice to work with.

My son and I started working in the housekeeping department for this staffing company back in August 2020 when we moved from Texas to NC at the Courtyard Concord Mills hotel and we haven't had any problems at all. The only thing that I would suggest is that we should get paid on a weekly basis and not biweekly and to also let the manager know that if they want productivity then they should not expect quality. Fantastic employment company, I have been with this company for 2 years started as a Houseman for like about 8 months, then I moved to be a Line Cook.
