Shared review from roommate, bc I was present during the entire experience. Sunday morning I called Householder Heating and Cooling at 11 A.M. I was told that I would receive a call back in 30 minutes. After a while I finally made a call back at 3:00 p.m. I was answered by the actual owner of the business. He told me that he was sorry, and would be right over in 30 minutes. Come 5:00, I call back and he was on his way. He showed up at 7 pm with no tools, diagnosed what he thought was the problem.
